  • Give priorities to the things that recharge you
  • Don’t be a “one way,” and share the challenges with your team

  • Align your work and your “muses” when possible
  • Don’t be afraid to mix your work and personal life when it makes sense
  • Try walking meetings, exercising with your family, or other time-saving combinations

5. Set and pursue your goals

  • Focus on the pursuit of your goals
  • Give your goals both time and priority
  • Create both “start doing” and “stop doing” goals
