When it comes to maintaining a healthy work/life balance, UGoTour founder Paul Hedgecock has his work cut out for him. As the father of eight kids, maintaining that balance on a daily basis is a fact of life. Along the way, he’s learned a few things of value, even for entrepreneurs who couldn’t field a kids’ ice hockey team at a moment’s notice.In this final interview segment, host Tom Ryan and producer Jason Pyles talk with Paul about the big lessons he’s learned about unplugging from the startup lifestyle.
